The Marine Apartments was a landmark residential project of exclusive apartments that defined Hobsons Bay as an ultimate location on Port Phillip Bay.  The development consisted of an eight level residential building comprising 47 apartments and a ground level café/restaurant.

The site was selected due to the lifestyle opportunities provided by its inner city beachfront location, the Beaconsfield Parade promenade, and walking access to Beacon Cove and Bay Street for restaurants and shopping.

Almost every apartment features views to both the water and the city.  Designed by SJB Architecture and constructed by Multiplex the stunning design, style and luxury are defining features.

Developed under the supervision of Daniel Burger and Paul Abrahams (whilst at Escor Property) responsibilities included:

• Owners representation & development management

• Site selection, feasibilities & purchase

• Joint venture formation

• Management of design & town planning

• Negotiations with council & local stakeholders

• Builder negotiations and development of GMP contract

• Overseeing project manager

• Sales, leasing & marketing
