Digital harbour holdings
Digital Harbour Holdings has the development rights over the precinct to the north of La Trobe Street and bounded by Harbour Esplanade, Dudley Street and Wurundjeri Way. The total original site area is 4.4Ha.
The development agreement allows a variety of commercial and residential uses.
Four buildings have been completed and a number of further commencements are programmed to occur.
The buildings completed have won a number of awards including; Commercial Architecture Award - Best Commercial Building (Australian Institutes of Architects), Excellence in Construction Award (Master Builders of Australia) and ESD Award of Merit (Docklands Authority).
Paul Abrahams is the Chairman of the Digital Harbour board representing the major shareholder. Paul has a proactive involvement in the development, investment and management of the assets.
