Development management for the feasibility, co-ordination of sales campaign and completion of Development Approval requirements as part of the property sale for a 10 lot subdivision.
Each individual rural lot was required to be a minimum size of 4ha.
The project required significant work with the council including the transfer of land for a conservation area park, and significant conservation covenant works within the developable lots.
